SHIPPING POLICY

⚡ Quick Summary: We ship all orders within 48 hours. Custom printed jerseys take an additional 1-2 days for processing. Standard delivery across India takes 3-7 working days.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom Printing: Orders containing items with custom name and number printing require an additional 24-48 hours of processing time to ensure the printing cures properly before packaging.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within India. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kitshop.com with your order number and photos of the condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
